It seems that the British people do love their lambs. Roasted and on a plate that is.
Unfortunately most of those stiff upper lips don't want to spend hours in the kitchen.
Lamb roast prepared with non-British recipes are considered very time consuming.
But they do want to eat a nice sheepish meal.

Are you tasty?
Literally taken: I don't think I am tasty to most people, they do not like the taste of dry plush in their mouth (some small kids might like a bit of sucking on plush).
In the way some people finding other people 'tasty' and want to take a 'bite'. Probably. I am a darn goodlookin' specimen of a sheep! ;-)
